Ingredients (about 6 pieces: diameter 6cm x height 4cm muffin cup)

·rice flour

50g

・Fine okara powder

20g

・Sugar (can use Lakanto)

30g

·baking powder

8g

·egg

2 pieces

·milk

200ml

how to make

(1) Mix the  ★ well.
②  After adding milk to ① and mixing well, break in the eggs and mix further.
③  Pour ② into the muffin cup about the 7th minute.
④   Microwave 500w or 600w for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
 Put a bamboo skewer into the dough, and if nothing sticks, it's done.
