Factory Tour Process
1. Orientation
We will provide an overview of our company and explain the konjac production process.
2. Konjac Tasting
You will have the opportunity to taste konjac produced at our facility.
Please note that tastings may not be available depending on the number of participants.
3. Production Process Overview
We will clearly explain each step of the konjac production process.
4. Production Area Tour
You will view the actual production area from the designated tour walkway.
5. Q&A Session
Please feel free to ask us about anything you would like to know or did not fully understand.
Important Notes

Students from elementary school through high school are asked to bring indoor shoes.

Factory tours are generally not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Other guests may be joining the same tour, so please be punctual.

Please note that some areas of the tour walkway include stairs.

We do not offer tours to companies or individuals in the same industry.

Photography and video recording are not permitted. Photos of the tour group or general tour scenes may be allowed if requested in advance.

If you need to cancel your tour, please call the factory at 0964-32-3232 as soon as you know, and no later than the day before your scheduled visit.

In the event of unexpected issues or a conflict with internal maintenance, we may ask to reschedule or cancel your tour.
